Char, an Arkansas native, has dedicated most of her career to healthcare and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and customer service. As a key member of the team at Swetnam Cosmetic, she oversees daily clinic operations and coordinates patient scheduling, ensuring each patient receives personalized attention and a seamless experience from their first interaction through their care journey. Her commitment to helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and valued is at the heart of everything she does.

Outside of the clinic, Char enjoys spending time with her two sons and exploring the outdoors, making the most of everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

Danielle Cook

Executive Assistant & Marketing Director

Danielle joined Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery in February 2025 as Marketing Director and Social Media Coordinator shortly after relocating to Northwest Arkansas with her husband, Kole. With a background in cosmetology, insurance management, and sales, she quickly became an integral part of the organization.
In January 2026, Danielle stepped into her current role as Executive Assistant and Marketing Director, where she serves as a key member of the leadership team and the right hand to Practice Administrator, Char. In this role, she supports day-to-day administrative operations, oversees marketing initiatives, assists with event planning and execution, and helps ensure the practice runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Danielle also works closely with surgical patients, guiding them through the scheduling process and helping them navigate to procedure day. Her ability to balance organization, timelines, communication, and patient support makes her a valuable resource for both patients and team members alike.

Known for her positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed, Danielle brings energy, creativity, and heart to everything she does. When she is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Kole, spoiling her three beloved fur babies, fitness, and nutrition.

Isabella Rogers

LE, Marketing & Digital Operations

With almost a decade of experience in the aesthetics industry, Isabella (Izzy) brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and creative vision to Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery. As a Clinical Aesthetician, she provides personalized, results-driven treatments designed to help patients achieve healthy, confident skin.

In addition to patient care, Izzy oversees the practice’s social media presence, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives, while also helping coordinate events and special promotions. She independently built and manages the practice’s online retail store, allowing patients to conveniently access their favorite skincare products and supplements, and continue their treatment plans from home.

A Northwest Arkansas native and lifelong Razorback fan, Izzy enjoys leading heated pilates & weights classes and spending time with her family and her goldendoodle, Theodore. Her passion for aesthetics, creativity, and patient experience shines through in every aspect of the practice, making her an integral part of the Swetnam team

Karina Cervantes

Scheduling Coordinator

Karina appreciates the respectful and caring atmosphere at Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she moved to Arkansas in 2018. When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time with her 6 children and her first grandbaby boy!

Payton Murphy

Patient Concierge

Payton joined the Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery team in January 2025 and brings warmth, professionalism, and a true passion for patient care to our front office. As a licensed esthetician with a love for all things skincare and makeup, she offers a well-rounded understanding of both beauty and service. Outside the office, Payton enjoys spending quality time with her family and her 10-year-old son, Bradlee.

Melissa Rogers

Surgical Technician

Melissa Rogers serves as our clinical and surgical assistant. Melissa has worked with us since his practice premiered in Northwest Arkansas. She has been working in the surgical field for 15 years assisting in a variety of surgical procedures. Two of those years were spent specifically in oral and facial surgery. Melissa works with patients every step of the way starting with their initial consultation. She will guide patients step-by-step through the details of their surgical journey with ease. She is an asset to Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery’s team ensuring patients experience exceptional customer service. She lives in Bentonville with her husband and has 4 children, 2 dogs, and 2 cats.

Cole Hill

Surgical Technician

Cole has built a 14-year career in the operating room as a skilled surgical technician. He is dedicated to perfecting his craft each day, ensuring that every patient at Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery receives the highest level of care. Cole believes, “People trust us with their surgical wants and needs, and they deserve my very best.” Outside of the operating room, Cole enjoys deer hunting, spending time with his family, and bringing a smile wherever it is needed.

Cassie Murdzia

Certified Surgical First Assistant

Cassie is a Certified Surgical First Assistant with over a decade of experience in the operating room. Cassie believes one of the most rewarding parts of her job is helping patients feel at ease, cared for, and confident throughout their entire experience at Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery. Every patient has unique goals, and she is proud to be part of the Swetnam Cosmetic team, where we’re dedicated to achieving beautiful, natural-looking results.

When she is not in the OR, you’ll find Cassie spending time with her family, spoiling her grandbabies, or loving on her pups. She can’t wait to meet you and be a meaningful part of your surgical experience!

Sarah Swetnam

Surgical RN

Sarah attended Ole Miss for her undergraduate studies (Hoddy Toddy!) and received her BSN from the University of Memphis. She moved to Fayetteville in 2015 and joined the Swetnam Cosmetic team in 2018. Sarah helps in the clinic by assisting with in-office procedures and educating patients regarding pre and post-operative instructions. She is also SecretRF certified. Sarah loves spending time with her husband, Jacob, and their three children.

Kristi Owens

Surgical RN

Kristi is a clinic, pre-op, post-op, and PACU nurse here at Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery. She has called Northwest Arkansas home for 27 years and has been serving patients with compassion and dedication since graduating from the University of Arkansas in 1994. Kristi is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their surgical journey. She has been married to her husband, Kalin, for 33 years, and together they have three wonderful adult children. They are also excitedly awaiting their first grandchild. Outside of work, Kristi enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Oliver. She loves being outdoors, walking, gardening, and traveling. A nonfiction reader at heart, Kristi also admits she is “a little oldish” and happily embraces her daily dose of caffeine. Kristi is proud to welcome patients to Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery, where she combines her years of experience with her genuine love of nursing to make every patient feel cared for.

Samantha Orange

Surgical RN

Sami is the Operating Room Circulating Nurse at Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery, where she is dedicated to providing safe, compassionate care and ensuring each patient feels supported throughout their surgical experience. She takes pride in creating a calm and organized environment in the operating room while working closely with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care. Sami is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident during every step of their journey.

Originally from Austin, Texas, Sami brings both professionalism and positive energy to the team. Outside of work, she teaches heated workout classes and enjoys staying active. She loves spending time with her two dogs, Kota, her Golden Retriever, and Frank, her Clumber Spaniel. Whether she’s in the operating room, teaching fitness classes, or enjoying time with her pups, Sami values connection, wellness, and helping others feel their best.

Mila Meadors

RMA, Sterilization Technician

Mila is a medical assistant with over two years of hands-on experience in the healthcare field. She began her career in urgent care, where she gained a strong foundation in fast-paced, high-volume patient care. With a background in weight loss and hormone therapy, Mila is passionate about supporting providers and helping patients feel their best. Originally from Elkins, Arkansas, Mila now lives in Prairie Grove with her husband and their two wonderful children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and soaking up the fresh air.

Tonya Sook

Nurse Practitioner

With over 28 years in healthcare, Tonya Sook is a dedicated Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) specializing in medical aesthetics, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine support, and dermatology. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).  Her passion for skin health, aesthetics, hormone therapy, and functional medicine led to specialized training and certifications, ensuring exceptional care. Tonya is committed to staying current with medical advancements, expanding knowledge through education, and upholding the highest clinical standards. She aims to empower patients on their journey to optimal health and beauty.

Outside of work, Tonya enjoys family time, antiquing, gardening, cooking, entertaining, decorating, and hiking. These interests inspire and rejuvenate her, fueling her creativity and enthusiasm in healthcare!

Lacey Strobel

Nurse Injector

Lacey is our Registered Nurse Injector who finds joy in helping her patients feel more confident and comfortable in their skin. In a continuously evolving industry, Lacey prides herself in consistent training in order to provide her patients with the most current treatments and techniques.

With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and a minor in Global Studies from The University of Arkansas, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University, she is able to merge her love of hospitality with healthcare, and provide her patients with the utmost care.

Lacey currently resides in Fayetteville with her husband, Jonas, and two daughters, Landry and Whitney. When not at work, Lacey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and of course cheering on the Hogs!

Ashley Fry

Office Assistant

Ashley is our all-around office assistant. She loves to help wherever she is needed, whether it is drawing labs, assisting with hormone pellet insertion, and injectables, or following up with our surgical patients to ensure that our office runs as smoothly as possible. Ashley has lived in NWA for 8 years and loves everything it has to offer. She is a go-getter, always looking for her next task. She is married to her husband, Anthony Fry, has a little boy named Finley John, and a little girl named Opal Grace, who all make her heart melt. Fall is her favorite season; she gets to enjoy Razorback football—WPS! Live music? Count her in! She loves helping her patients feel and look their absolute best and always aims to provide them with an exceptional experience here at Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery.

Bryley Smith

Medical Assistant

Bryley is a Medical Assistant with over three years of experience in the healthcare field. After graduating from esthetician school, she worked as both a Medical Assistant and an esthetician in dermatology, combining her passion for skincare with hands-on patient care. Now specializing in weight loss and hormone therapy, she loves helping patients feel healthier, more confident, and like the best version of themselves.

Originally from West Fork, Arkansas, Bryley now lives in Elkins with her husband. Outside of the office, you’ll often find her spending time with family and friends or helping others feel beautiful as a makeup artist.

Emma Houdesheldt

Office Assistant

Originally from Northern Colorado, Emma attended college in Joplin, Missouri, where she met her husband before making Northwest Arkansas home in 2017. She and her husband have two daughters and a German Shorthaired Pointer named Pepper.

As an Office Assistant, Emma combines her background in luxury retail and spa management with a focus on patient-centered care. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and creating a welcoming, personalized experience from the moment they walk through the door, and throughout every step of their aesthetic journey.

Emma is dedicated to staying informed on the latest advancements in wellness, skincare, and aesthetics, and believes in delivering exceptional results through thoughtfully curated treatments and products. Outside the clinic, she enjoys gardening, exploring local farmers markets, and chasing her kiddos around the backyard

Kiley Pianalto

Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician

Introducing Kiley, our Medical Aesthetician with a diverse background. From three years as a professional dancer to nine years as an elementary teacher, she now channels her passion for skincare at Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery. Kiley thrives on tailoring skincare regimens to help clients achieve their goals.

Off-duty, Kiley enjoys traveling with her husband, attending concerts, reading and cheering on the Razorbacks (WPS!). She loves spending time with her family on Beaver Lake and spoils her cat, Teddy Tickle Paws. In every aspect of her life, Kiley brings joy, expertise, and a commitment to enhancing both skin and spirit.

Jacelyn Scott

Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician

Jacelyn joined our team in July of 2024 after graduating from esthetician school. Originally from Southwest Arkansas, she moved to Hog Country eight years ago and immediately fell in love with the vibrant community. With a passion for skincare, she takes pride in creating customized treatments that help patients look and feel their best! Her goal is to help every patient achieve healthy, radiant skin. When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find her somewhere with a good book or exploring the trails of NWA!
