Tonya Sook, Nurse Practitioner

With over 28 years in healthcare, Tonya Sook is a dedicated Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) specializing in medical aesthetics, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine support, and dermatology. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).  Her passion for skin health, aesthetics, hormone therapy, and functional medicine led to specialized training and certifications, ensuring exceptional care. Tonya is committed to staying current with medical advancements, expanding knowledge through education, and upholding the highest clinical standards. She aims to empower patients on their journey to optimal health and beauty.

Outside of work, Tonya enjoys family time, antiquing, gardening, cooking, entertaining, decorating, and hiking. These interests inspire and rejuvenate her, fueling her creativity and enthusiasm in healthcare!

Lacey Strobel, RN, BSN (Nurse Injector)

Lacey is our Registered Nurse Injector who finds joy in helping her patients feel more confident and comfortable in their skin. In a continuously evolving industry, Lacey prides herself in consistent training in order to provide her patients with the most current treatments and techniques.
With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and a minor in Global Studies from The University of Arkansas, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University, she is able to merge her love of hospitality with healthcare, and provide her patients with the utmost care.
Lacey currently resides in Fayetteville with her husband, Jonas, and two daughters, Landry and Whitney. When not at work, Lacey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and of course cheering on the Hogs!

Kristi Owens- Surgical RN

Kristi is a clinic, pre-op, post-op, and PACU nurse here at Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery. She has called Northwest Arkansas home for 27 years and has been serving patients with compassion and dedication since graduating from the University of Arkansas in 1994. Kristi is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their surgical journey. She has been married to her husband, Kalin, for 33 years, and together they have three wonderful adult children. They are also excitedly awaiting their first grandchild. Outside of work, Kristi enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Oliver. She loves being outdoors, walking, gardening, and traveling. A nonfiction reader at heart, Kristi also admits she is “a little oldish” and happily embraces her daily dose of caffeine. Kristi is proud to welcome patients to Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery, where she combines her years of experience with her genuine love of nursing to make every patient feel cared for.

Kiley Pianalto, Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician

Introducing Kiley, our Medical Aesthetician with a diverse background. From three years as a professional dancer to nine years as an elementary teacher, she now channels her passion for skincare at Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery. Kiley thrives on tailoring skincare regimens to help clients achieve their goals.

Off-duty, Kiley enjoys traveling with her husband, attending concerts, reading and cheering on the Razorbacks (WPS!). She loves spending time with her family on Beaver Lake and spoils her cat, Teddy Tickle Paws. In every aspect of her life, Kiley brings joy, expertise, and a commitment to enhancing both skin and spirit.

Izzy Rogers, Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician

With over seven years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Izzy is a highly trained Clinical Aesthetician dedicated to delivering advanced, results-driven treatments. Her expertise lies in combining clinical precision with a personalized approach, ensuring each patient receives tailored care to achieve their skin health and beauty goals.

As a Northwest Arkansas native and lifelong Razorback fan, Izzy is deeply connected to her community. Outside of the office, she leads pilates and values spending time with her family and her golden doodle, Theodore.

Karina Cervantes, Scheduling Coordinator

Karina appreciates the respectful and caring atmosphere at Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she moved to Arkansas in 2018. When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time with her 6 children and her first grandbaby boy!

Jacelyn Scott, Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician

Jacelyn joined our team in July of 2024 after graduating from esthetician school. Originally from Southwest Arkansas, she moved to Hog Country eight years ago and immediately fell in love with the vibrant community. With a passion for skincare, she takes pride in creating customized treatments that help patients look and feel their best! Her goal is to help every patient achieve healthy, radiant skin. When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find her somewhere with a good book or exploring the trails of NWA!

Char Wells, Office Manager

Char, an Arkansas native, has worked in healthcare for most of her life and has a passion for helping our patients have the best experience possible while at Swetnam Cosmetic. In addition to handling daily operations of our clinic, she also coordinates patient scheduling and all insurance or financing related questions. When not at the clinic, you can find Char hanging with her family or at the gym. She is married and has four beautiful children.

Sarah Swetnam, RN, BSN

Sarah attended Ole Miss for her undergraduate studies (Hoddy Toddy!) and received her BSN from the University of Memphis. She moved to Fayetteville in 2015 and joined the Swetnam Cosmetic team in 2018. Sarah helps in clinic by assisting with in-office procedures and educating patients regarding pre and post-operative instructions. She is also SecretRF certified. Sarah loves spending time with her husband, Jacob, and her dog, Rowan.

Kathy Naples – Nurse Circulator

Kathy is a proud wife, mom to four great kids, and a grandma to four amazing grandsons. She and her husband, Gino, share their home with her dad, Tom, and their sweet dog, Judge- so there is never a dull moment! With 17 years of nursing experience, including the last 13 in the OR, Kathy is passionate about caring for people and making a difference in their lives. Outside of work, she can usually be found with her family. She especially loves attending church and Sunday family dinners with her in-laws, taking the boat out to Beaver Lake, or hiking whenever she gets the chance. Traveling and reading are also her favorite ways to relax. When it comes to sports, she is always cheering on the Nebraska Huskers, Arkansas Razorbacks, and the New York Yankees- usually right next to her husband. For Kathy, family, laughter, and making memories together mean the most!

Susan Nugent, Surgical First Assistant 

Susan is a highly skilled Surgical First Assistant with an impressive 21-year career in the medical field. Beyond her professional achievements, Susan finds joy in her family life. She’s a devoted wife to her loving husband and a proud mother to two sons, with the added delight of being a grandmother to two precious grandchildren. Her heart is equally captivated by Frida, her beloved Goldendoodle.

Susan is an avid traveler in her spare time, always eager to explore new destinations. She also finds joy in the art of cooking, reveling in the creation of delectable dishes. What truly sets Susan apart is her passion for the medical industry. She derives immense satisfaction from being part of a patient’s entire journey, from start to finish. Her compassion and extensive experience make her an invaluable asset in the healthcare profession. Susan’s life is a beautiful blend of family, furry companionship, and a love for culinary adventures, all shared with her supportive husband.

Melissa Rogers, Surgical Technician

Melissa Rogers serves as our clinical and surgical assistant. Melissa has worked with us since his practice premiered in Northwest Arkansas. She has been working in the surgical field for 15 years assisting in a variety of surgical procedures. Two of those years were spent specifically in oral and facial surgery. Melissa works with patients every step of the way starting with their initial consultation. She will guide patients step-by-step through the details of their surgical journey with ease. She is an asset to Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery’s team ensuring patients experience exceptional customer service. She lives in Bentonville with her husband and has 4 children, 2 dogs, and 2 cats.

Cole Hill- Surgical Technician

Cole has built a 14-year career in the operating room as a skilled surgical technician. He is dedicated to perfecting his craft each day, ensuring that every patient at Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery receives the highest level of care. Cole believes, “People trust us with their surgical wants and needs, and they deserve my very best.” Outside of the operating room, Cole enjoys deer hunting, spending time with his family, and bringing a smile wherever it is needed.

Payton White, Patient Concierge

Payton joined the Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery team in January 2025 and brings warmth, professionalism, and a true passion for patient care to our front office. As a licensed esthetician with a love for all things skincare and makeup, she offers a well-rounded understanding of both beauty and service. Outside the office, Payton enjoys spending quality time with her family and her 10-year-old son, Bradlee.

Danielle Cook, Marketing Director

Danielle brings energy, creativity, and heart to our marketing team. She joined the practice in February 2025, after moving to Northwest Arkansas with her husband, Kole. With a background in both cosmetology and insurance management, she blends professionalism with a creative touch that shines through our social media. When she is not behind the camera or in the OR capturing content, she’s likely making someone giggle or doting on her three fur babies.

Mila Meadors, Medical Assistant

Mila is a medical assistant with over two years of hands-on experience in the healthcare field. She began her career in urgent care, where she gained a strong foundation in fast-paced, high-volume patient care. Now specializing in weight loss and hormone therapy, Mila is passionate about supporting providers and helping patients feel their best. Originally from Elkins, Arkansas, Mila now lives in Prairie Grove with her husband and their two wonderful children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and soaking up the fresh air.

Brayden Holland, Medical Assistant

Brayden is a Fayetteville native with a heart for helping others look and feel their best. At Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery, she works closely with Tonya to provide seamless, supportive care and ensures every patient’s experience is comfortable and uplifting. When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find Brayden spending quality time with friends and family, making memories and enjoying life in her hometown.

Ashley Fry, Office Assistant

Ashley is our all-around office assistant. She loves to help wherever she is needed, whether it is drawing labs, assisting with hormone pellet insertion, and injectables, or following up with our surgical patients to ensure that our office runs as smoothly as possible. Ashley has lived in NWA for 8 years and loves everything it has to offer. She is a go-getter, always looking for her next task. She is married to her husband, Anthony Fry, and has one little boy named Finley John, who just makes her heart melt. Fall is her favorite season; she gets to enjoy Razorback football—WPS! Live music? Count her in! She loves helping her patients feel and look their absolute best and always aims to provide them with an exceptional experience here at Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery.

Rachelle Hunt, Nurse Practitioner

Rachelle is a family nurse practitioner with 19 years of healthcare experience. She holds a BSN and MSN, FNP-C. She has worked in a variety of specialty areas, which has given her a broad range of knowledge. Upon the arrival of the pandemic and a son with onset of sensory processing disorder, she quickly realized that the conventional path of medicine was not improving the overall health of most patients and wanted to discover what we were missing in healthcare. With that, she started studying in functional medicine and learning how to combine both functional and conventional medicine to improve the overall quality of patients’ lives. Not only does she strive to make you look and feel great on the outside, but most of all optimize your health and find the root cause of your problems. She is trained in hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, weight loss, neurotoxins, fillers, as well as skin treatments. She is married with two children and spends her free time with her family. She loves to read, exercise, and watch her daughter tear up the basketball court.

Emily Haney, Office Manager

Emily Haney brings over a decade of medical experience and a lifelong passion for helping others to her role as Office Manager. A certified Medical Assistant since 2011, Emily has spent the past seven years in management, combining her clinical expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure exceptional patient care and seamless office operations. Her background includes work in emergency medicine, cardiothoracic surgery, and medical weight loss—fields that have deepened her commitment to supporting patients on their journey to health and healing.

Before entering the medical field, Emily dedicated 12 years to law enforcement as a 911 telecommunicator and supervisor. With a career rooted in public service—from the prosecutor’s office to the police department to healthcare—Emily has always been driven by a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. She describes patient care as her “love language,” finding fulfillment in helping others achieve wellness and confidence.

Originally from Kansas, Emily moved to Arkansas in 1995 and fell in love with the beauty of the River Valley. She and her husband, Alan, recently celebrated their 25th anniversary and share three wonderful children—Alan II, Marissa, and Elaina—as well as a lively household of pets. In her free time, Emily enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and relaxing at her favorite destination—the beach.
